At Eva NYC, we want you to love your hair tools and care products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened liquid products are eligible for store credit only.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all components and cords for hair tools are included before attaching the label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
